intercontinental air-mail and regular surface-mail.
Delivery outside Europa normally takes 10..14 days.
Faster services not only are much more expensive
but also tend to charge the receiver with handling
costs when the parcel has to pass customs.
All parcels will have shipping insurance.
All products come with a 14-days return-policy.
Refund will be complete apart from shipping costs
and/or possible banking fees.
If an item is returned in less then perfect condition,
then the buyer will be charged with costs for repair.
If a headphone is returned the buyer will have to pay
for refurbishing the phone with new earpads.

Sie können die erhaltene Ware ohne Begründung
innerhalb von 14 Tagen durch Rücksendung der Ware
zurückgeben. Die Frist beginnt nach Erhalt der Ware

Rücknahmeverlangens.Die Rücksendung erfolgt auf

Im Falle einer wirksamen Rückgabe sind die beiderseits
empfangenen Leistungen zurückzugewähren und ggf.
gezogene Nutzungen (z. B. Gebrauchsvorteile)
herauszugeben.Bei einer Verschlechterung der Ware
kann Wertersatz verlangt werden. Dies gilt nicht, wenn
die Verschlechterung der Ware ausschließlich auf deren
Prüfung – wie sie Ihnen etwa im Ladengeschäft möglich
gewesen wäre – zurückzuführen ist.
Bei Rückgabe eines Kopfhörers wird Wertersatz für den
Austausch der Ohrpolstern verlangt.
Verpflichtungen zur Erstattung von Zahlungen müssen
innerhalb von 30 Tagen erfüllt werden. Die Frist beginnt
für Sie mit der Absendung der Ware oder des
Rücknahmeverlangens, für uns mit dem Empfang.
